Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent position

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000

Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for candidate and stakeholder enquiries.
Manage emails and communications, ensuring a prompt response.
Keep records and databases accurate and up to date.
Support onboarding and track required documentation.
Coordinate interviews and schedules across multiple teams.
Monitor compliance requirements and flag any issues.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Identify ways to improve processes and efficiency.

Key Skills

Previous administration, coordination, or support experience, ideally in recruitment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisation and time management.
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
Experience maintaining databases or CRM platforms.
