Are you ready to take the reins of logistics and administration in a dynamic environment? We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Logistics & Administration Manager to join

What You'll Be Doing:

Logistics Management: Oversee the entire logistics process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective operations.
Administration Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, providing essential support to various departments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in logistics and administration .
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and administrative tools.
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of customs processes and shipping documentation.
A supportive and collaborative working environment.
