Are you a recent graduate or someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or telesales? Do you enjoy talking to people, building relationships and achieving goals? We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join a growing commercial team. You'll receive training, support and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers while developing your sales skills in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What you'll be doing

Speaking with existing and prospective customers over the phone.
Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
Re-engaging previous customers and introducing them to new products and promotions.
Researching potential customers and generating new business opportunities.
Booking appointments for the external sales team where appropriate.
Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs.
Updating customer information using CRM systems.
Working closely with sales and marketing to support business growth.

This role would suit someone who has experience in:

Customer service
Hospitality

Or a graduate looking to start a career in sales
