On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role supporting customers throughout the sales process, preparing quotations, coordinating demonstrations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the commercial team.

This role would suit a Graduate or Customer Support, Sales Support, Sales Administrator, or Commercial Administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills, looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide commercial support to customers before and after sales, prepare quotations and tender documentation, maintain the CRM database, coordinate demonstration equipment logistics, and support the sales team with customer events and exhibitions.

The Role:

Supporting customers with pre and post-sales enquiries
Preparing quotations and assisting with public tender submissions
Maintaining the CRM database and handling commercial administration
Supporting the sales team with exhibitions, customer events, and demonstration equipment logistics
Office-based role with ongoing training and development opportunities
Skiing trips and Travel across Europe

The Person:

Graduate or Customer Support, Sales Support, Sales Administration, or similar background
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Mathematical Skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable speaking with customers
Previous commercial or sales support experience (Preferred)
