Win-berry is seeking a dedicated Days Warehouse Manager for a reputable manufacturing company based in Bridgend. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring health and safety standards are met across all warehouse activities. You will play a crucial part in streamlining processes and improving overall warehouse performance to support the company's manufacturing objectives.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate multiple tasks.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to handle stock control and logistics challenges effectively.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
