Contract Type: Temporary

Duration:

Monday 3rd - Thursday 5th August

Monday 10th - Friday 14th August

Working hours: 8AM to 6PM with an hours unpaid lunch

Pay rate: £13.50 an hour

We believe in the power of exceptional service and a positive atmosphere. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting environment for our customers. Your professionalism and enthusiasm will be key in making every visitor's experience memorable!

What You'll Do:

Greet and welcome customers with a smile, setting the tone for their visit.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organised, and reflects the Lexus brand.
Schedule appointments and manage the diary for service bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly and approachable demeanour-your smile is your best asset!
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in a customer-facing role (experience in the automotive industry is a plus!).
A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
