Freelance Site Administrator Role

Serving as the initial touchpoint and facilitator for all on-site guests, you will ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere. Additionally, you will assist the document controllers in various administrative tasks and oversee services rendered by external contractors.

Primary Duties:

Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, using Microsoft software.
Escort visitors to designated areas and offer beverages if needed.
Manage and archive visitor documentation, and facilitate the issuance of work permits when necessary.
Provide essential data and adhere to company guidelines during audits.
Guide new employees to induction locations as part of the training team's support.
Handle mail and parcels, distributing them to appropriate recipients.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless site operations.
Maintain logs for incoming deliveries as mandated.
Supervise the performance of outsourced cleaning services.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in preparing time cards for external agencies and address related queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal skills
At least one year of customer service experience
Proficient in written and spoken English
Robust administrative abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
