Description

Coordinate the shipment of goods, ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and partners.
Track and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices and customs forms.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Resolve any issues related to shipping delays or disruptions.
Monitor logistics costs and ensure operations stay within budget.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.

Profile

A successful Shipping & Logistics Specialist should have:

Experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain management.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation processes.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Offer

Hourly pay of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary contract providing flexibility.
