As a Customer Service Administrator in the retail/e-commerce industry, you'll be handling day-to-day customer interactions and ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently. Your role will help keep the customer service department running smoothly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Client Details

This role is with a company in the retail industry based in Pin Mill House Wardley Industrial Estate.

Description

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
Process orders, returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Ensure all communication aligns with company policies and standards.
Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

Experience in a similar customer service role within the retail industry.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Confidence in handling customer queries in a professional manner.

Job Offer
