Be the Organising Force Behind a High-Performing Team

Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic People, Customer, Community and Business Improvement team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide vital support to senior leadership while helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Leadership Support

Manage complex calendars and schedules for a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, collate board packs, and arrange meeting logistics.
Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion.

People & Recruitment Administration

Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Assist with HR administration and employee-related processes.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications when required.

Customer Support Administration

Monitor shared inboxes and help direct customer enquiries to the appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM data integrity and reporting activities.

General Administration & Operations

Provide flexible administrative support across a range of business functions.
Assist with cross-functional projects and operational activities as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Desirable

Experience working within a busy, fast-paced or growing organisation.
