Description

Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability.
Communicate with various departments to align production schedules and resolve potential conflicts.
Track production progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimise efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Generate reports and maintain accurate records related to production planning and performance.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the scheduling process.

Profile

A successful Production Scheduler should have:

Experience in production scheduling or planning within the FMCG industry.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in production planning tools or software.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
An understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving scheduling challenges.
