Commercial Consultant | Business Development Executive | Client Relationship Executive

Competitive basic + uncapped commission
35 hour week, 1:30pm Friday finish, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing to 30 through service, digital GP services, discounts and other incentives.

We're looking for a Commercial Consultant to join our team in Cheltenham.

This opportunity would also suit a Business Development Executive, Client Relationship Executive, Commercial Account Executive or Sales & Relationship Consultant looking for a new challenge and a genuine long-term career path.

As a Commercial Consultant and Client Relationship Executive, you'll:

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

Interview and assess candidates for a wide range of commercial positions
Match talented individuals to suitable career opportunities
Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement
Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Become a trusted advisor within your specialist market

This is a genuine 360 role, combining the customer service and relationship-building elements of a Client Relationship Executive with the commercial focus of a Business Development Executive.

You do not need recruitment experience. In fact, we'd particularly love to hear from people working within Business Development, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, Administration, Estate Agency, Retail or Hospitality.
