Commercial Administrator

This position is with a multi-sited, family-run business renowned for delivering top-quality products to both the retail and foodservice sectors. The company is dedicated to excellence in customer service, innovation, and sustainability.

About the Commercial Administrator role

You will play a key role in maintaining strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key tasks

Be the go-to support for the Commercial team, helping manage the end-to-end management of all customer orders.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and internal teams to resolve issues proactively, ensuring quick follow-up and clear communication at all times.
Support the commercial team with tracking orders and invoices as well as maintaining and inputting customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication to packhouse team.
Maintain administration on internal reporting documents, such as weekly sales reporting.
Stay up to date with weekly product availability, seasonal items, and new product launches.

About you

The successful candidate should have good previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be ready to find resolutions to issues quickly.
Very much a team player with attention to detail and excellent administration / IT skills.

The Commercial Administrator job (ref: 9090) is paying £30,000 - £35,000 according to your experience.

This is an office-based role working 5 days per week including one weekend day which is flexible.

The site is in Worcestershire and is commutable from Stratford-upon-Avon, Tewkesbury, Chipping Campden, Evesham, Cheltenham, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Cirencester, Malvern and surrounding areas.
