Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Business Support Officer / Receptionist Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across Primary Care Networks, GP Practices and wider healthcare services.

Please Note this role could be offered on a Temporary to Permanent Basis

What you'll be doing

Providing efficient day-to-day business and administrative support
Managing emails, calls, records, databases and office systems
Organising meetings, events and training, including agendas and documentation
Preparing reports, documents and standard correspondence
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and other business processes
Responding to enquiries professionally and directing complex queries appropriately
Working collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure excellent customer service

What we're looking for

Previous administration or business support experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately
A professional, customer-focused approach
Experience in healthcare, NHS or Primary Care is desirable but not essential

Due to travel requirements across the Wakefield district, applicants should hold a full UK driving licence and have access to suitable transport, or be able to travel using alternative methods.
