Compliance Administrator
Location: Trinity Bouy Wharf
Contract: 6 months (contract position)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £18–£20 per hour (paid weekly via umbrella)

This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with documentation, stakeholders, and process improvement.

The Role

As a Compliance Administrator, you will:

Upload, maintain, and manage health & safety and compliance documentation within internal databases and systems.
Ensure compliance records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Handle compliance-related queries from internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Monitor outstanding compliance actions and proactively chase missing documentation.
Support the preparation of audit documentation, reports, and compliance packs.
Assist with compliance checks, trackers, and reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is easily accessible.
Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and gather required information.
Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in compliance administration, facilities management, health & safety administration, or a similar environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience managing documents, databases, and administrative processes.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
A proactive approach to chasing information and resolving issues.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
