Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting products or services.
Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting with queries.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers over the phone.
Handle customer queries effectively, providing accurate information and solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
Update and maintain the customer database with accurate details.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth customer journey from interest to purchase.
Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and preferences.

Profile

A successful Telesales Executive should have:

Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
Experience in a sales or customer service role.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using databases and inputting customer information accurately.
