Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join Cafcass on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Create and post job adverts across various job boards and recruitment platforms.
Arrange interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
Record interview outcomes and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Update and maintain HR and recruitment systems.
Produce reports and analyse recruitment data where required.
Provide administrative support to the wider HR Resourcing and Transactions Team.
Respond to recruitment and HR queries, delivering a high standard of customer service.
Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with GDPR requirements.
Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Support continuous improvements to recruitment processes and wider HR initiatives.

About You

Previous experience working within Recruitment or HR Administration (essential).
Strong administration skills within a busy office environment.
Experience using HR or recruitment systems.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
