Torus Surveyors are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administrator to join our busy and growing team on a part-time basis.

Location: Altrincham, Trafford, WA14 2SS

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 25 hours per week (3.5 days)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 pro rata

Administrator - The Role:

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assist with scheduling appointments, prepare documentation, and provide administrative support to the wider team.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

- Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally

- Managing diaries and booking appointments

- Preparing and issuing correspondence, reports and documentation

- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

- Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues

- Processing invoices and general office administration

- Providing general administrative support as required

Administrator - About You:

- Have previous administration or office experience

- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

- Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Be able to prioritise a varied workload and work independently

- Have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team

- Be reliable, professional and personable
