Administrator - Immediate Start!

Location: Near Teesport Docks, Redcar, Teesside
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £30,000 DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator for an immediate temporary opportunity with a leading engineering and construction business based near Teesport Docks, Teesside.

This role offers the potential for up to 12 months' work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term temporary assignment within a busy project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Entering weekly hours for site workers into in-house systems and processing accurate timesheets.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is entered correctly.
Updating and maintaining company databases and financial records.
Supporting the administration team with general office duties.
Filing and providing administrative support to the wider office team.
Undertaking ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Data Entry Administrator, Administrator or similar administrative role.
Experience within the construction, engineering or industrial sector is highly desirable.
Experience using Sage is beneficial.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of data.
An enthusiastic and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
