Customer Support Administrator

Location: Angus
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary - initially 3 months, with a likely review and potential extension
Rate: £14.50 per hour
Start Date: Early to mid-August

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a busy Property Services team based in Angus. This temporary role is initially for 3 months, with a likely review and potential extension based on business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling sensitive customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Contact former tenants regarding outstanding rent arrears.
Produce and issue arrears and debt recovery correspondence.
Handle inbound and outbound telephone enquiries professionally and sensitively.
Take rent payments securely over the phone.
Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems.
Process payments and complete associated administrative tasks.
Manage electronic and paper-based documentation.
Liaise with internal teams, providing updates and ensuring actions are completed.
Escalate complex cases where appropriate.
Provide general administrative support to the wider Property Services team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an administration, customer service, business support, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in handling telephone conversations and discussing outstanding payments professionally.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems/databases.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
A professional, resilient, and customer-focused approach.

What's on Offer?

£14.50 per hour.
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
An opportunity to gain experience within a busy and supportive Property Services environment.
Initial 3-month temporary contract with a likely review and potential extension.
