SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a well-established legal firm for a Legal Administrator / Junior Paralegal to join their Court of Protection team in Spalding.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, legal administrator or legal secretary looking to develop a career within a specialist area of law. Full training will be provided, and previous paralegal experience is not required.

The Role

Supporting a busy Court of Protection team, you will assist with a range of administrative and legal tasks to help progress client matters efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing client files and records
Liaising with clients and third parties
Drafting routine letters and communications
Conducting research and obtaining information as required
Assisting with applications, bundles and case administration
Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of matters

About You

Previous administration experience is essential
Legal administration or legal secretarial experience would be advantageous
Strong organisation and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
Professional, empathetic and client-focused approach
Keen to develop a long-term career within the legal sector
