Temporary Ongoing HR Administrator

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds (LS15)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum
Job Type: Temporary Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate starts available this week!

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Ongoing HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based at Thorpe Park, Leeds (LS15).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the onboarding of new starters.
Requesting, checking, and processing new starter documentation.
Ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
Carrying out general HR administration duties.
Liaising with new employees to obtain any outstanding documentation.
Providing administrative support to the wider HR team.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience (HR administration experience is beneficial but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information.
