Contracts Administrator

Outskirts of Redhill | £27,500 - £29,000 | Full Time | Own Transport Essential

Looking for a busy, varied administration role where no two days are the same?

We're recruiting for a proactive and organised Contracts Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team within a growing business on the outskirts of Redhill. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Supporting a Contracts Manager and engineering team, you'll:

Manage a portfolio of contracts
Coordinate engineers and reactive call-outs
Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Raise purchase orders and support invoicing
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure contracts run smoothly

About You

You'll have:

Previous administration experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to prioritise a busy workload
Good Microsoft Office skills

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, alternating between 8.00am-4.30pm and 8.30am-5.00pm.
