Client Details

A company operating in the transport & distribution industry, based in Birmingham. They are now seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join their team.

Description

Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork.
Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry.
Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR activities.
Prepare reports and assist with HR-related projects as needed.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the HR department.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a previous HR Administrator position.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
An understanding of HR processes and procedures.
The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
