Location: Sunderland
Hours: Full time - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour (paid weekly through OA)
Start Date: ASAP | Fully Office-based
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing quotations and sales orders efficiently.
Updating systems for stock, pricing, and customer records.
Coordinating transport and delivery instructions.
Managing customer updates and reporting.
Supporting debtor processes and ensuring invoice accuracy.
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Escalating any issues to the supply manager or key account managers when required.

Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key; you'll be working with important documentation!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers and team members.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales order processing and CRM systems is a plus!
