The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels. You'll play a key role within a busy Customer Operations team, taking ownership of customer queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve service-related queries.
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
Manage your workload effectively to meet service and performance targets.
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care and professionalism.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
Competent IT skills, including experience using computer-based systems.
A resilient and adaptable approach when managing customer enquiries.
