Description

Prepare accurate and timely management accounts for external clients.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support client decision-making.

Manage client relationships and address their financial queries effectively.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for external stakeholders.
Oversee cash flow management and financial planning for assigned accounts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Profile

A successful External Management Accountant should have:

A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Experience in residential property orBTR (Buy to Rent) understanding of rent rolls, service charges, and propertyKPI's
Proven expertise in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Effective communication skills to explain financial data clearly.
