Are you a compassionate and skilled Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with a passion for adult residential care? Join Seven Resourcing and work with one of our trusted healthcare clients in the beautiful coastal town of Teignmouth (TQ14 9JS). We are offering an ongoing, ad-hoc shift role with competitive hourly rates that reflect your experience and dedication.

Pay, shifts and working pattern

- £14.24/hr for weekdays
- £14.57/hr for weeknights and Saturday during the day
- £14.91/hr for Saturday nights
- £15.13/hr for Sunday days
- Day shifts: 08:00 - 20:00
- Night shifts: 20:00 - 08:00

What you will do

- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents within an adult residential service
- Assist with daily activities and tasks, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in the care setting

What you’ll need

- A minimum of 6 months’ recent UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to provide two professional references
- Basic life support (BLS) training
- Manual handling training
- SOCA level 3 training
- Compliance with all necessary checks and documentation
- Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position
