TeacherActive is working with welcoming primary schools across Sheffield looking to recruit experienced School Administrators to support their busy office teams from September.

The role:

Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, parents and pupils.
Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
Maintaining accurate pupil records and administrative systems.
Supporting attendance, admissions and general school administration.
Using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom (desirable).
Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team where required.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous administrative experience within a school or busy office environment.
Has experience using SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar school systems (desirable).
Is organised, reliable and able to prioritise a busy workload.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting the wider school community.
