Sales Administrator - Avonmouth, Bristol BS11

The rewards

Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5pm

The role of Sales Administrator:

Processing orders from sales representatives and managing the life cycle of an order
Investigating invoice queries and delivering customer services excellence
Liaising with clients on the delivery of products / ETA's
Registering machinery
Monitoring shared inbox ensuring queries and enquires and managed timely
Maintaining communication with internal departments to ensure swift delivery with orders
Maintain internal CRM, ERP and stock management systems

The ideal Sales Administrator:

Experience within sales administration or sales support, ideally from within the construction, manufacturing or a supplier based industry
Good systems experience within the use of ERP and CRM packages would be beneficial
An organised and proactive approach
A client focused approach

A prestigious, highly reputable and growing construction industry supplier who are actively seeking a sales administrator to join their team.

Working within a sales support team of 3, with the full support of a direct line manager, this role will see you working within a client focused role.

Providing you with full, day one and on-going training, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
