Receptionist - Edgbaston (Birmingham)

The rewards

£25,000 - £27,000 full time equivalent

Hours

Part time, 22.5 hours a week
3 days a week from Wednesday to Friday

The role of Receptionist:

Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the necessary individual
Acting as the first point of call for all clients and visitors
General office management duties such as stationary ordering and meeting room preparation
Scanning filing and printing of documents
Maintaining client records on the system
Scheduling client appointments
Assisting with any Ad Hoc duties when needed

The ideal Receptionist:

Previous receptionist experience is preferred
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable working as a team and individually
Able to multitask and manage your time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft office
