Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in a timely manner.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Assist in organising and executing company events or projects.
Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
Support with ad hoc tasks as required by the leadership team.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or support role within a similar setting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
