This is an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to provide crucial support within the Media & Agency industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Provide general administrative support to the Founder, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the organisation of events, including booking venues and arranging materials.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and liaise with vendors when necessary.

Profile

A successful Admin Assistant should have:

Marketing or related fields grad/undergrad with 1-2 years experience in social media management.
A solid understanding of administrative processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

An hourly rate of GBP 14.0 to GBP 17.0, based on experience.
Temporary position offering flexibility and valuable industry experience.
Holiday entitlement included as part of the role.
