We are partnering with a well-established Cornish business to recruit an Customer Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, managing projects and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, support business growth and make a genuine impact within a friendly and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships.
Support customers from enquiry and quotation through to project completion.
Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Work closely with internal departments to deliver customer requirements effectively.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and work instructions.
Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
Resolve customer queries and provide proactive solutions.
