Are you a compassionate, reliable person who wants to make a real difference? We’re looking for Community Carers to support people in their own homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Previous care experience is valued, but what matters most is empathy, a positive attitude, and a drive to brighten someone’s day.

What we offer:

Competitive pay: £13.80 – £14.40 per hour
Enhanced bank holiday rates, company pension & mileage allowance
Twice-yearly bonuses (average £1,500+ annually for full-time staff)
Pool car availability, company events & 24/7 on-call support
Free uniform and PPE

Shifts:

7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm (flexible)
Alternate weekends

Your role:

Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship
Help with daily tasks and maintain safe, clean homes
Encourage independence and confidence in clients
Support appointments and communicate with families and professionals
Keep accurate records and raise any concerns

What we’re looking for:

Genuine passion for caring for others
Strong communication skills and reliability
Availability for alternate weekends
Full UK driving licence & access to a car
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
