Administrator (Hybrid Working) - 6 Month FTC

Lloyd Recruitment Services is looking for an Administrator to join a busy team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers hybrid working and flexibility with full-time or part-time hours available.

About the role

You will provide administrative support for a new initiative, helping to gather, review and maintain accurate information while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

Key responsibilities

Reviewing and updating information across spreadsheets and documents
Contacting colleagues via phone and email to confirm details
Maintaining accurate records and trackers
Filing documents and keeping information organised
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

Skills & experience

Confident using Google Docs and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of information
Confident communicating over the phone with a friendly and professional manner
Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
