Temporary Corporate Receptionist - Gosforth

Hours

Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm)

The role of Temporary Corporate Receptionist:

Warm Welcomes: Greet visitors with a friendly smile, creating a positive first impression
Reception Management: Maintain a tidy and organised reception area that reflects professionalism
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and photocopying
Call Management: Handle incoming calls efficiently, redirecting them to the appropriate department or person
Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all arrangements are in place for successful gatherings
Departmental Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as required

The ideal Temporary Corporate Receptionist:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential

Contract Type: Temporary ongoing with the potential to be made permanent.

Start Date: ASAP.

Candidates who are available immediately are preferred.
