Description

Provide expert advice on workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Profile

A successful HR Project Lead/OD Manager should have:

A solid background in organisational development and HR project management.
Proven expertise in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is preferred.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
