Warehouse Administrator (Temp to Perm position)

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern
07:00 - 15:30
08:00 - 16:30
09:30 - 18:00

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established and growing logistics business based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Working as part of a close-knit team of three, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse operation while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Booking goods into the warehouse system accurately.
Processing and organising customer orders.
Taking photographs of stock and sending them to customers when required.
Sorting and processing deliveries.
Responding to customer enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
Providing updates to customers and clients on orders and deliveries.
Supporting the warehouse team with general administrative duties.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all information is up to date.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous administration experience.
Is confident using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
Has excellent written communication skills and is comfortable responding to customer emails.
Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Can prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
Is a team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.
