Hours

Full Time
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm, or
8:30am - 5:00pm

The role of Sales Administrator:

Processing customer orders received via email, telephone, and online platforms
Managing orders from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer enquiries promptly
Liaising with UK and international transport providers to arrange shipments and deliveries
Maintaining accurate customer and order records within internal systems
Supporting the wider sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
Monitoring order progress and resolving any delivery or order-related issues

The ideal Sales Administrator:

Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, customer service, or logistics role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence working with multiple systems and managing competing priorities
Proactive and organised, enjoying building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
Experience in Sales Administration would be beneficial
Experience in Customer Service Administration would be beneficial
Experience in Order Processing would be beneficial
Experience in Logistics Coordination would be beneficial
Experience in Shipping or Export Administration would be beneficial
Experience in Supply Chain Administration would be beneficial

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners, you'll help keep operations running smoothly.
