HR Administrator

We are currently seeking an organised and professional HR Administrator to join our clients busy HR team on a short term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.

Hours: 8:45am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.85 - £15.38 per hour
Contract: Short term 3-month assignment with the potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the HR team across a range of activities.
Managing and updating employee information across multiple systems.
Supporting the onboarding process for new starters.
Responding to employee and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Using systems such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and the HR platform SuccessFactors.
Handling confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

Previous HR experience is beneficial
Strong administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and new employees.
Able to handle enquiries efficiently and provide a high level of customer service.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work.
