Administration Assistant/Front of House | Ringwood | DOE

As an Administration Assistant/Front of House, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients with a warm, professional manner
Answering incoming telephone calls
Supporting the office with a wide range of admin tasks
Managing post and DX duties
Booking and setting up meeting rooms
Handling client payments and ID checks in line with anti-money laundering procedures

As an Administration Assistant/Front of House, your experience will include:

Experience working in administration and/or reception within a professional services environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A presentable, confident and client-facing approach
Good attention to detail
Reliability and flexibility
