Warehouse Operative - Northampton NN4 9BX

The rewards

AM shift (06:00am to 14:00pm) = £13.46 per hour
PM shift (14:00pm to 22:00pm) = £15.66 per hour
Night shift (22:00pm to 06:00am) = £16.66 per hour
Overtime rate: 1.5x basic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)
Payment will increase by £1 after 12 weeks (probation period)
Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)
Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks
Progression to different roles
Bonus up to £6 per hour on top of basic rate

Hours

Full time
You will be working one of the following shifts: 06:00 until 14:00, 14:00 until 22:00, or 22:00 until 06:00
The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday

The role of Warehouse Operative:

Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
Using MHE

The ideal Warehouse Operative:

Driven with high personal standards
Ability to meet targets within set timescales
The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
