Facilities Assistant - Birmingham & Solihull

The rewards

£25,000 - £27,000 p/a DoE

Hours

Fully office-based Monday to Friday
12-month FTC

The role of Facilities Assistant:

Assist with office maintenance, equipment checks, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Prepare meeting rooms, provide refreshments, and ensure offices run smoothly.
Organise, file, and securely manage wills and other sensitive legal documents.
Provide front of desk cover where required.
Assist with projects, admin tasks, and office co-ordination.
Assist the Facilities Manager and help maintain smooth office operations.

The ideal Facilities Assistant:

MUST have a full and clean UK driving license to travel between sites.
Strong communication skills.
An interest in facilities management.
Available to start immediately and commit to the full 12-months.
Happy in the office full time, Monday to Friday.
