Bar Staff Supervisor - Huntingdon

The rewards

Hours

Minimum 40 hours per week

The role of Bar Staff Supervisor:

Supervising bar operations and leading shifts
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Opening and closing the bar as a designated key holder
Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations
Supporting and motivating team members
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Assisting with stock control and ordering
Supporting hospitality services during weddings, events, and functions
Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures

The ideal Bar Staff Supervisor:

Experienced in a bar supervisory, team leader, or senior bartender role
Confident in managing shifts independently
A natural leader with excellent communication skills
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days
Comfortable working across a golf club, hotel, and wedding/events environment
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Right to work in the UK

This is a permanent contract following a successful trial shift, recruited through Blue Arrow.

The role is based at a well-established and prestigious venue that combines a thriving golf club, hotel, and wedding/events business.

As a key member of the hospitality team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service to golfers, hotel guests, wedding parties, and event attendees alike.

From serving members of a busy golf club to welcoming hotel guests and helping create memorable wedding celebrations, you'll enjoy a varied role where every day brings something different.
