The role of Temporary HR Administrator:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures
Respond to employee queries related to HR matters in a timely manner
Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as required
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements
Support payroll processing with accurate data entry and record-keeping

The ideal Temporary HR Administrator:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications
An understanding of HR policies and employment law
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
