The Temporary HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This temporary role, based in Poole, is ideal for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Description

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee queries related to HR matters in a timely manner.
Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as required.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
Support payroll processing with accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Profile

A successful Temporary HR Administrator should have:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
An understanding of HR policies and employment law.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Job Offer

An hourly rate of £14.00 to £15.00.
