Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 3:00pm (4-day working week)
Immediate Start | Temporary

The role of Fusing Machine Operator:

Operating fusing machines to bond fabrics and interlinings
Ensuring correct temperature, pressure, and timing settings are used
Checking finished products meet quality and specification standards
Working independently to meet daily production targets
Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting any faults or material issues
Supporting the Production Manager and working closely with the wider team to ensure garments meet the highest quality standards

The ideal Fusing Machine Operator:

Previous experience operating fusing machines or working within garment/textile production would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good understanding of fabrics and garment construction processes
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Previous experience in garment manufacturing, tailoring, or textile production
A passion to produce quality garments and a commitment to attention to detail

Due to continued success and expansion, a globally recognised clothing brand is looking for an experienced Fusing Machine Operator to join their Head Office production team in Corby.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a busy production environment.

Full one-to-one training will be provided to ensure you are confident with company processes and procedures.

You'll be joining the Corby Head Office of a well-established global brand with over 40 years of success and a strong reputation for quality. This is a business that truly values craftsmanship and takes pride in delivering exceptional products.

You will be joining our Corby site, which has been established for over 40 years and holds an excellent reputation within the clothing industry. Working closely with the Production Manager, this role offers day-to-day variety within a respected organisation known for delivering high-quality products.
