Customer Service Administrator - Liverpool City Centre

The rewards

£25,000 basic per annum
£4,000–£5,000 annual bonus
Monday to Friday, no weekends
Supportive team environment with development opportunities

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

The role of Customer Service Administrator:

Providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers for smooth day-to-day account management
Acting as key point of contact for customer queries
Processing and managing client information accurately
Handling inbound customer communications
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

The ideal Customer Service Administrator:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with professional telephone manner
Proactive and team-oriented approach
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
