Office Administrator - Chester (Financial Planning Firm)

£25,000–£28,000 DOE
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Hours

35 hours per week (some flexibility available over minimum 4 days)

The role of Office Administrator:

Providing full administrative support to 5 financial advisers alongside a senior administrator
Producing client correspondence and submitting/completing applications for financial checks
Preparing data for client meetings and producing reports
Supporting with reception cover, meeting and greeting clients, and basic hospitality
General administration duties

The ideal Office Administrator:

Confident system user across all MS Office packages
Strong eye for detail to spot inaccuracies in correspondence
Previous experience in financial services preferred but not essential
Experience of Intelligent Office desired but not essential
